The Company maintained its traditional relationship with the community where it belongs. It showed special concern for supporting the young people of site community, with respect to cultural and learning activities, as well as to the acquisition of values. The Company additionally collaborated with senior citizens.
Specific activities included the participation of a significant education (school), community assistance, and possible working in our site as additional workers during the operation periods was given as a priority.
Besides the technical aspects, formative points were considered such as teamwork, proactive, assertiveness, friendship and value acquisition, with the enthusiastic involvement of professionals from the coal business.
